Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. For orders under $100, standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $8.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days for a flat fee of $25.

Please note:
- Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.
- Expedited shipping may not be available for oversized or heavy items.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:
- 48 continental United States
- Hawaii and Alaska (additional transit time may apply)
- Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses

For shipments to PO Boxes or military addresses, we use USPS for reliable delivery.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Pre-orders and Backorders

From time to time, we may offer items for pre-order. If you place a pre-order:
- You will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.
- Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page and confirmed in your order receipt.

If there are any delays with your pre-order, we will notify you promptly and provide updated timelines.

Delivery Exceptions

- We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
- During peak seasons or high order volumes, there may be delays. In these cases, we will keep you informed via email and work to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.
